Next Hotel Melbourne is perfectly located within a short walk to Collins Street, Bourke Street, and Flinders Lane, making it ideal for business trips. The hotel features beautifully appointed rooms with comfortable beds and ambient lighting. The bathrooms are spacious and equipped with a handheld shower, rain shower, and high-quality toiletries. Also, the hotel provides a 24-hour business center, which was very convenient for my work needs.
The breakfast selection could benefit from more variety.

Had a great stay in a cozy King Room with City View! Loved the comfy bed and the awesome amenities. Just a heads up, check-in was a bit bumpy with overcharges, but overall, I’d recommend it for the location and comfort.

Recommend for a brief retreat
Comfortable room, convenient location, beautifully appointed bathrooms, with amenities like a fitness center and a short 10-minute walk to Flinders Street for easy city exploration.
I didn't like that the breakfast selection could benefit from more variety.

The location was ideal, just a short walk to Collins Street for shopping and dining, as well as Bourke Street and Flinders Lane for more vibrant experiences. The rich ambiance of the hotel bar made for a perfect evening drink spot, and our king room was very well sized with a beautiful bathroom that added to the comfort of our stay.
However, the check-in experience was slightly bumpy with a few overcharges that needed clarifying.

Just a good pick for a brief hiatus in Melbourne with outstanding value for money. The staff was super helpful and even brought my bags to my room while I enjoyed a drink at the bar. Request a higher floor for a quieter experience.

The location is fantastic, making it super easy to explore Melbourne. We loved the stunning views from our room and enjoyed our meals in the restaurant, where the staff was attentive, especially during our dinner after a fun night at the Princess Theatre.
In my wife’s opinion, housekeeping could improve.

The location is unbeatable, with access to great coffee shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The room was beautifully designed, featuring high-quality furnishings and a shower with impressive water pressure. While the bed was plush and inviting, housekeeping fell slightly short, and I noticed some areas could use more attention. Overall, a delightful experience that makes me want to return soon.

Convenient Location with Room for Improvement
Sought a cozy stay with family. The central city location made exploring easy, yet the room amenities underwhelmed. Note to future guests, request extra towels in advance, and check if air conditioning functions properly. Dining on-site was enjoyable, but be prepared for limited coffee and TV options.
